Review content:
I had always liked shopping at Dannie Duluth, until I went in yesterday not as a customer, but as a consigner. The owner was downright rude to me, and I am now regretting leaving my clothing with her in the first place.
If you are going to consign clothing there, MAKE SURE TO GO TO THE WEBSITE, otherwise you will get no help from the owner when you bring in your clothing. I did not realize I needed to hang my clothing up in order for it to be considered, and she made me lug all of it back out and then hang all of it up IN MY CAR. That is not friendly service in my opinion. I also had some questions about the consigning process, and she replied to me, ""I do not have time to answer these types of questions. You need to go to the website, and you'll find the answers there."" In my opinion, shop websites should be used as tools, not the only means of communication between shop owner and customers/consigners.
In short, I regret not having told off this ROYAL B*%#H in front of other customers and leaving without consigning a thing. It would have been far more gratifying donating it all to grateful people than to help this pompous woman out in her business.
Cons: Rude owner, unclear terms and conditions for consigners
