I read poor reviews of this location, but went with it anyway because it was near my house. I regret it. The line was incredibly long both when picking up and dropping off, there was on two of three cash registers being used while workers stood outside and smoked, and then they overcharged me $30 on mileage. When trying to figure out the confusion, I spent over an hour on hold before finally talking to a manager. He practically accused me of lying and told me that he would not refund my money because I didn't write down the mileage both ways (I was in a hurry and forgot, since I had to spend over an hour waiting in line on moving day).
There are other locations, and it is well worth paying the sixty cents a mile to avoid this location.
