I HAD A SERVICE COMPLAINT THAT I WANTED TO WRITE A LETTER TO THE OWNER OF THE FRANCHISE. MATT, THE MANAGER REFUSED TO GIVE ME THE NAME OR THE MANAGING COMPANY'S NAME AND SAID JUST TO SEND IT TO HIM AND HE WOULD FORWARD IT. HIS TONE WAS RATHER RUDE. THE OWNER/FRANCHISEE SHOULD NOT BE A CLASSIFIED SECRET. MATT WOULD NOT EVEN PROVIDE HIS OWN LAST NAME FOR MAILING AND LETTER FORMALITY PURPOSES. I WAS GIVEN THE 3RD DEGREE AND WAS TREATED RUDELY WITHOUT THEM EVEN KNOWING WHO I WAS. FOR ALL THEY KNOW I COULD BE LOOKING AT BRINGING THEM A MULTI-VEHICLE ACCOUNT LINE.
