Dr. McCaan is the most unethical, dishonest and arrogant doctor I havee ever met. After he convinces you of his extreme skills with injectable fillers and botox and takes your money, he makes every problem you came to him in the first place to correct much much worse than it was to start off with. He is awful at injectable fillers. He caused protruding pouches in your face where none existed before. He does not use the right filler for the right location on your face. He injects incorrectly and does not correct his mistakes. He says if you buy botox from him, he will inject enough to get rid of your lines and if he didn't inject enought the first visit, he promises you can come back, free of charge and he will inject more to knock out the lines in your forehead and inbetween your brows. But after you have already paid for everything,he refuses to follow through on his promises. He won't inject more botox as he promised. He won't fix the problems he caused by injecting fillers improperly and causing more problems then there were to begin with. Then when you see him to try to resolve the issues he walks out of the room, right in the middle of you (the patient) talking to him. He laughs at how bad other companies inject their fillers and says he knows how to inject better. But he causes more problems and is just full of hot air! He is so disrespectful after he has taken your money, if you have any issues to address with him after he caused more problems, he could care less and does nothing!!! and laughs in your face! A very unethical doctor!
