I have used Lipsey's Muffler and Tire for quite a bit, at least 4 years. I like that if I am not satisfied, or if something is wrong, and I take it back, Adrian is always pleasant. He won't charge me and will do whatever it takes to satisfy me and rectify the situation.
No one is perfect all the time, so I like the way they handle the situations. The whole staff is like that. No matter what the situation is, they will be nice to deal with. I recommend a lot of people to them because I really like Adrian and Lipsey's. They are professional and down-to-earth.
They are not there to rip their customers off. They will give you the best deal they can, and their service is pretty fast. Adrian is up front about when he can service the vehicle and how long it is going to take.
