Businiess name:  Sundown Tow

Review content:
I know most people would bash a tow company automatically because their car has been towed, but Sundown Towing had no proper cause to tow my car, first they say it was in a fire lane which was wrong, then after speaking to another rep. they say it was just tagged that way and was in guest parking which is not permitted, which is true. But now you be the judge of this....you pay an additional $50 bucks a month to have an extra parking spot, yet when you get home someone in parked in the extra spot you pay for so you park in guess parking until they move and place a note on you car stating someones parked in your spot (plate number and stall number) so when security comes around they'll know and tow that car instead. All the while you would think that you would need to call your property sercurity to notify them of the situation back only the tow number is posted. so what do you do? You call the tow to see if they'll will give you your security offices number but they refuse because it might be an indivduals personal number yet they're going thur this with the apartment complex. So what happens the security tags your car to notify you of the violation at 1am and then Sundown Towing tows my car at 9am in the morning because I parked in guess parking, mind you I'm 9 mths pregnant ready to pop at any moment and I have no car to get to the hostipal when I run out the house at 11am this morning. Talk about inconvenience I was so mad and on top of that they towed the wrong damn car, what a joke. I would never Sundown Towing for any type of service at all, the dispatchers are very rude and the overall service is terrible, they want your car to sit in there and long as possible to benefit them, the first didnt given let me know where the hell my car was and had me waiting forever thinking he was going to call me back with the proper info to pick up my car, which he didnt so I called back and got yet another rude person. If you call Sundown Tow call at your own risk!!!!
