We have had our pool that was built by Backyard Vacation Pools & Spas for over three and a half years. All aspects from the selection process of what pool builder to choose to the customer service that we receive today has been nothing short of a GREAT customer experience. Initially both Jeff and Susan sat down with us to discuss all the details of our pool and pool area. They were both very honest and forthright. Even though they are not the ""cheapest"" pool builders in Houston you can rest assured that they will give you all the details and insight that you need to help you make a positive decision on your pool selection. In addition, we were swimming within 35 days once the signed the final contract was executed. I have been considered somewhat of a perfectionist however BVPA has exceeded my expectations during the process including the quality of the pool and pool area, the honesty and integrity of their company and ongoing excellent customer service. This is an example of great ongoing customer service. Two years ago when Houston received the freezing weather during the Christmas Holidays I received a very detailed email from BVPS advising me on what I should and should not do with my pool and pool maintenance in order for our pool to maintain during the cold snap. How many other pool builders would take the time and effort to take care of their customers first? I strongly recommend this company.
Pros: Our family was swimming after 35 days once the final contract was signed. Great customer service.
