? Replace all windows with Milgard Tuscany Windows, 28 total of various size and shapes. Total project was $12,500. I found this company through Angies List. My sales person was James Urbina. I compared their price with another company, their price were the same. I went with this company because of their great reviews. The installation was fast and on time. However after the windows were installed, I found out there are damages to the window frames on all of the windows. I contacted the company, another sales person Stewart Bruckner were very nice and willing to work with me on the problem. Steward contacted Milgard and had one of their field service agent came and took a look of the problem. The service field supervisor, Brad Schmehl, saw the damage and acknowledges there is a problem. Brad said it would not affect the performance of the windows and asked me what I want. I told Brad, I want to replace damaged part. Brad said, since it is part of the frame, to replace it means the company will have to replace the whole window. I told him, if that is the case, then that is the case. He said he will talk to his manager. Couple days later, Brad called me back and said he did not know what caused the damage or if it was even caused by Milgard but he will send someone to patch the cuts. I told him I don?t think patching would work since we are talking about vinyl. He said he guarantee it would look like new. I told him ok, I will give them a try. However, I felt uncomfortable about it. I called Steward at Door and Window. Steward told me based on the photos, it looks like the worker cut too much into the window frame when he tried to cut away the excess of wielding. I told him, I don?t think the patch would work but I don?t want to not give them a chance. However, I am afraid after the patch if I still request to replace the entire window; the company would not take it well. Steward also told me from now on, he will deal with Milgard and I only have to deal with him. If after the patch I still want to replace the window, the question would be asked and he will contact Milgard to get it done. In the end, Milgard end up replacing all the windows. And Steward at the Door and Window stood by the products they sold and very easy to work with when a problem occurred. Pros: Great and beyond Customer Service Cons: Make sure you ask for Sales Person Steward
