This association has gone down hill!!!! Do not put your children here. This is the last time our children will play at Pearland Dad's Club. The coaches yell at the kids. They do not encourage good sportsmanship. They do not teach the children. If your child doesn't start playing in TBall, don't waste your time. I have seen new kids join the 10 year old team and they are treated like they do not exist. They don't get to play and are left out. It is very sad. They definitely have favorites and do not welcome outsiders. The coaches do not follow the rules and the Directors are unapproachable. This is suppose to be a non profit organization. I have MULTIPLE friends who left last spring and will not be returning. We will be joining them. There are also coaches leaving the league. If you want your child left out, feeling like they are never good enough, never get positive encouragement, Dad's Club is for you.
