Review content:
We were on the shuttle on Sept. 2nd 2009. The driver lost the keys and we had to wait two hours for a person to come and make a key. It weas 99 degrees and we were told to wait in the heat, because the driver wanted to be able to leave as soon as the key was made. There were 10 passengers and all but two were senior citzens. They did not appoligise or anything. In fact when we got to st. George we were acuused of not seeing who took the keys. No one saw any one near the drivers seat so we could not have seen if anyone took the keys, he told us he lost them and we searched the van completley and unloaded the trailer to make sure he had not lost them while loading. I called the next day and was told it was our fault he lost the keys and were not even going to appoligise.
