I am one who is very dedicated to keeping my car in great condition. I get my oil changes regularly. I have been to probably every place in layton to get this done as well as in kaysville. Being the woman that I am they always try to add on more things and take advantage. Plus they never have good customer service! I called All Repair Auto Care one day before leaving on a trip to see if I could be fit in for an oil change. Ernie answered the phone and was so kind, he had me bring it down and go me right it. I left it there for a little while as i had more things to do. While I was out I remembered I wanted a tire rotation. I called back and Ernie knew it was me on the phone and he said no problem crystal. From that minute I knew I would be bringing my car back to him. Also, he was very reasonable in price.
A couple weeks later when I would turn my car it would click. I went in to ask him some questions. He came out to the car I kinda showed him but didn't have time to leave it. Just wanted to ask the questions. As we walked outside he said your name was crystal right? He remembered me, that to me tells me what a great business man he is. He took the time to get to know me as a potential client. He answered my questions then opened my door so that I could get in my car. What a gentleman and I will for sure be going back to him. I have told all my family about it as well. Being a business owner I know the best form of advertising is Word of Mouth. I will do my best to let everyone know how awesome of an experience I had at All Repair Auto Care!!!
