My Backup tape drive damaged my DLT-III 1ogb tape, Called Ztech, they told me do not try inserting the tape into the tape drive it will damage the tape more just bring it in we will recover the data. Within 5 days they called to tell me that the data was recoverable in RAW format. No structure or file names or dates. They insured me that the content will be there. They quoted me a price it was reasonable I approved it. After 2 days called me back for pickup and review the data. When I went to their office They helped me to organize all the data file format so will take less time to search what I am looking for. I am happy with my data but I knew had to spent a lot of time figuring out the dates of the files created. These guys take their time explaining and helping till you are satisfied. Thank you
