Don't believe all of the 5 star reviews. They give out free massages in exchange for reviews. In going there, I always felt treated like a child. Once, I laid down on one of their adjustment tables that was broken. I got told, in a tone of voice that you would have with a 5 yr old, ""Ok, we're not going to lay on that table, we are going to lay over here."" It was their table that was broken, not my mistake. They had no note on it to say as such, as they tend to not want to advertise their shortcomings. I have been dealing with a bad back for 7 years and now a bad neck. I do regular exercises for both. I simply wanted some relief from always doing my own health care. Instead I got X-rayed and told to come in 3 X a week. After intensive care, I got re-Xrayed, which showed my back was strong but my neck was not. Of course it was that way, seeing as how I was already good at taking care of my back. I didn't like the spin put on my results: ""At least we prevented the arthritis from going any further."" This was after handing me a sheet in which all results were painted red and I was told that the results were ""Great!"" When I looked at it perplexed, the Dr. clearly wrote me off as stupid and kept moving on in his explanation. Honestly, I didn't even care; I just wanted some relief from constantly having to do exercises. But I know when I am being lied to, and I didn't appreciate it. If you notice your insurance bills from this Dr., your mouth will drop at how much they charge the insurance company. They charge for ""physical therapy"" which amounts to 4 traction tables, all (that I have been on) are broken somehow, a ""posture pump,"" and a ""wobble chair,"" all of which just sit there and you use on your own. After going to their physical therapist in order to do establish an aerobic exercise routine, the lady misread the Dr.'s handwriting and started me in on rehabilitation exercises. While doing this, she started to talk to me about diet and had me write down 3 days worth of my diet. After doing that, when I came back, she told me she could not do anything more until I set up a payment plan for her services for diet consultation. I was really put off by that. They are over-staffed and yet the service you get is less than spectacular. There is constant mis-communication and you have to wait to get any service, despite there always being 4 or 5 personnel on hand. It is convenient in that they get you in and out, which is why I stuck around for a year. But the general treatment I got was otherwise not worth it. I no longer go and am back to doing exercises on my own, which, frankly, is probably better for me anyway.
