I had him come to check the shower heads. He could not fix it. While we were trying to figure out what options we would have, he complained and stated to let plumbers do their job! Since we originally wanted someone to work on other projects, we mentioned that we would want him to look at a few more items. He started complaining about why we wanted to have him look at other items. We never told him in the phone.
Eventually, someone actually wanted him to come by and fix the kitchen faucet. He did not want to buy the item and was resigned to go to the hardware store. He took his time and made the excuse that he did not know what they looked like and had to review them. This costs me more than $300 dollars to have him install the faucet when it should have been $70.
He stated that the water heater was expensive since the new law took effect. I saw him go to the garage. Why? I now have a problem where there is no hot water in the house. Water is leaking from the garage. He is not to be reliable at all!
