Do not buy here please. They are liars point blank. They are sneaky and underhanded sales staff. They do not disclose faults in car they actually cover them up. Once you sign the dotted line they could care less about what is wrong with the car. After I signed the contract is when i found out there was only one key to the car and it did not funtion remotely at all.. J.R sales person told me as long as it worked manually I have a key. I was told to go to BMW and they would give me the key wholesale..Ok that meant I had to pay 145.00 for the key and the same for a spare. The day I purchased the car on thehighway it stared shaking life a leaf on the highway,took it back for repair, purchased an extened warranty thank God or I would have been paying out of pocket. Then I founfd out the cup holder was broken, oh they do not cover that so i have to pay. Called bank to address discrepncies in contract amounts to find out that the trade in amount they gave me for my car was added back on to the sales base price of car...bascially they gave me not trade in amount, i paid them not them paying me for the car i traded in. this is not legal..when i quested difference at sale they told me it was bank fees, bank said they can not bill me back for their fees. I lifted up the mat on drivers side to find a hugh gapping hole in carpet in two places i could see all the way to the metal..they knowingly hid it under the mat. Was told i should have addressed these issues before sale so now to bad, carpet is not covered...to late...said john...sold me an extened warranty for 2500.00 which included a loaner vehicle, took car back for same front end issues to find that I had to rent a car from hertz with a 250.00 deposit in my credit card...response basically is oh well...they are sneaky , underhanded, lying no integrity dealership with beautiful cars (only on the outside)at a cheap price. All the glitters is not gold applies specifically to these guys...worse is i found the same car at bmw for 2000.00 more, bmw certified, offered lower interest rate much lower and better waarranty. in total the car would have been less expense montly in great working order, bmw service and a whole lot of less hassle...these guy plain old suckkkkkkkkkk...DO NOT BUY HERE...RUN FOR THESE GUYS...RUN FOR YOUR LIFE....
