Review content:
Sadly, the days when this restaurant provided the most beautiful food and impeccable service are over. In my last 4-5 visits I've seen such a lapse in quality, in organization, in plating, and in attitude that it's hardly recognizable as the same place. Apparently they've lost chefs and servers and it shows. On our last visit to the restaurant (late December '06) it was a train wreck from start to finish--long waits, cold food or tasteless food, mixed up orders, and such shocking rudeness when we expressed our disappointment to the maitre'd that we have vowed never to return. I miss the old Joe's!
