Review content:
This company over charged me for $110.00 and then told me that it would take 4-8 WEEKS for them to fix their mistake and get me back my money!
I think they are dishonest and there was no help from them to fix this, I had to make several phone calls to different places and finally call corporate in Oklahoma City to get it fixed. This was 100% their error and I couldn't even get a returned phone call on the progress of fixing the problem. I wil NEVER use them and will tell everyone I know to never use them either..
The service in the beginning was good, but the billing was terrible! The rates weren't any better than other places and after they over billed me there was little effort on their end to fix their mistake.
It makes me wonder how many people don't look over their bill and notice their ""mistake"" and then wonder why they told me it would take so long for them to refund my money!
NEVER AGAIN!!
