Horrible company. They sold a vehicle to my daughter and son-in-law that is now in the shop. It took numerous failed attempts in contacting the company for someone to call back.
What does it say about a company that would sell a vehicle to a family with a special needs child and another child on the way. It hadn't been a week before problems started and now is in the shop with $$$$$ of repairs needed.
Hmmmm....we are going to make a sale no matter the cost. If the problems with the vehicle cause a major accident, they have the attitude, not our problem. We just sold it to them.
At what point are they responsible for being reputable and honest.
Had they had a great experience, I would recommend this company. However, since they have washed their hands of the kids, I will make sure that I post this on every social network and make sure that this is not a good company to do business with.
