I am so ashamed of Eric Hill Nissan. They lied to me during the negotiations. I said we have a deal as long as the hoot protector and side window wind deflectors were included. I pointed to the picture on the assessory card and said that this is what I wanted. If they agreed, it would be a done deal. When I went today to have them installed, they put aftermarket, non- Nissan parts on my new vehicle. I called, even before they came in, and no one answered my calls. I was treated rudely, and they put aftermarket accessories on my new Nissan Xterra. They lied to me and that's all they could say was ""sorry"" in a sarcastic way. I will never recommend Eric Hill Nissan to anyone. Ever!!! Terrible customer service. They DO NOT care about their customers at all!!!!! I took all outward signs of Eric Hill Nissan off of my new Xterra. And the sad part is that they simply DO NOT care!!!!
