Computer owners beware! PCS Computers should never attempt to repair another computer...EVER! We took in a MacBook Pro to have the LCD replaced. The incompetent technician returned to us a laptop that looked as though it had lost a battle with a vicious screwdriver. He tore up the casing, there were missing/broken small parts, the seams were loose, and the easy-close function no longer exists. He tried to tell us that the damage is a normal part of replacing an LCD & that he would give us half off the labor. ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? Not to mention the fact that we believe they damaged the ribbon cable, because there are vertical lines down the center of the brand new screen. Please be very wary of this store - you could end up with a very stressful, very expensive repair! Pros: Starbucks is next door Cons: Everything else
