Oliver's is completely over-rated for many reasons. With its age and the increasing competition it is not the same it used to be. The only thing it has going for it is the free happy hour snacks. The food is terrible unless Andaluca happens to be open while you are there you can order off of that menu (pretty good, but overpriced). The specialty drinks are extremely outdated and I have seen other customers complain about them becasuse they are gross and the classics are made incorrectly. The bartenders are very inexperienced as I don't believe any of them have any prior experience judging from their technique and product knowledge. They claim to make the best martini in Seattle, when a martini is more than just overly shaken gin or vodka served in a big warm glass. One of the bartenders I believe his name was Patrick is extremely annoying and irritating, when I met him it was the last time I will go. Go to Zig Zag or one of the many other bars that cares obout your business. Pros: good happy hour Cons: bartenders, drinks
