Management is really cool with you at first but once that first rent check gets cashed it changes....and if you live in a lower apartment dont plan on gettin a good nights sleep for the duration of your lease as the floors are super thin and you hear every footstep and noise and creak and crack from the upstairs people, ive lived here a year and the guy above me doesn't work and gets up at 4am everyday so when he wakes up we get woken up from him coming in and out of the room......i cant wait to move out and get away from these poorly run and constructed apts
