Review content:
Duffy's used to be a good place to eat... good food and customer service. I've always liked the fish and chips. In the last few years the size of the fish keeps getting smaller and smaller. I went there tonight and got my usual. The drinks were so small, I could have finished it in one drink. The fish was half the size and quality of what it was just a couple of years ago. There is also a new philosophy going around the customer service world called ""customer no service"". Duffy's has embrased this whole hartedly. It dosen't come from the staff, it come from the management. You all know (don't give it to them unless they ask). It will save me a few dollars. It isn't my job to ask them for service it is their's to ask me. Needless to say I will not go back to duffy's again. Oh by the way don't order the clam chowder either it was mostly milk with no flavor or fixens' in it. The ""OLD"" German Chocolate Pie used to be more like a mousse now it is like instant pudding. I am thoroughly disappointed in the management of this establishment. I would prefer to pay more for quality then too much for second rate cost cutting cra....
