Review content:
I contacted State Roofing to get an estimate to repair some damage done to my roof and siding. We only had contact with one person via phone who was rather rude and didn't seem to care to want our business. The time it took between us signing the contract and that same person calling to say they were sending someone out was a bit ridiculous - to the point that I almost said no just so I wouldn't have to deal with State. Whoever did come out to complete the job did a good job but we have no idea who it was. The repairs were done in two days and done well. We even received the bill promptly after in the mail! Before you post a line like "we still maintain service with a personal touch" on your web-site, you should make sure that you are practicing this. I don't consider contact with only one rude person via telephone as "personal".
