Terrible service... unmentionable customer service attitudes at this store, scammer scheme Galore here i wouldnt recommend this place if Mr. Cohen himself sold to me. The staff was rude young and inexpierienced i talked to the doctor about an exam and i felt as if i was at a used car sales lot, i simply wanted contacts and he is giving me this bogus sales pitch about a coupon from the manufacturer and a deal with an eye exam since when have we lost hope in the medical profession turned them into salespeople? Never have i ever felt so disgusted by a doctor. i then asked a female associate about glasses whom had a heavy accent she told me some frames where great and flexible and they would last me a long time she quoted me a price of $249, i was expecting a quality frame for that price i looked at them and saw ""MADE IN CHINA"", i felt as if i was robbed of my respect as a consumer at this place. first the doctor then the store this place should be removed from the mall and be reviewed by the state attorney generals office for ethics and fraud!
