I called yellow cab to schedule a driver to come to my house at a certain time because there is only one train to tampa and i didnt want to miss it. The very hungry dispatcher who was stuffing her face, told me that it would be better for me to call right when i wanted one there. Okay, no problem. After a 20 minute no show, i called to check on the status. She was very rude in explaining it could take upto an hour for him to arrive, and not to bother her with unnessesary calls. so I had a buddy call for one as well from another phone and address. can you believe niether one showed at all and I was forced to take the train the following day.. Despite giving myself an hour and half cushion, i still didnt make it. I will never call yellow cab again, i dont care how easy the number is to remember!!! There is another cab with all 4's..... call that one, they were here in 12 minutes.
