It's not often you get to speak with an insurance agent who will put it to you straight like John Elliott will. When his insured customer's tree fell on my car John let me know my claim was an ""act of God"" and will not be covered. Too bad so sad. John did not even give me an oportunity to file a claim. This must be great for his bottom line profits! When I asked what would have happened if it fell on my house or killed a child he told me ""nope, I would not cover that either"" He just told me to sue his client.
