Thank you Platinum, you guys are the best! I went to the dealer to get some minor work done on my car, they over priced me by hundreds of dollars on my estimate and tried to tell me the problems my car was having where major computer problems! And that it was gonna cost thousands of dollars. i told my buddy that i work with and he told me about PLATINUM WRENCH.
I'm glad he did because, not only are you guys honest you all are very helpful and explain part by part the problem and how you can fix it! The manager Eddie had my car picked up from work made it very easy for me while i was working, he's a great guy! They repaired it that day before i got off from work then had a very polite young man named Tim picked me up and they even detailed my car for me, FREE OF CHARGE! When we got back to the shop i spoke with a guy named Rob, he explained what had most likely caused the problem, and how they fixed and by fixing that it made the other problems go away, Plus the ending balance was even lower than the originally set price we agreed on!
Thanks guys i'll never take any of my cars anywhere else! Keep up the good work! Thank you for your honesty it very rare in repair shops these days.
