I also have had (and am still having) warranty issues with Carcaise Homebuilder's. I moved into my house in 2005 (that's right, 3 years ago) and my driveway was also falling apart before I moved in. My gutters leaked from the start, my foundation is cracked and one of my windows still needs sealed. They continually put me on hold just hoping to wait me out.
Pros: Good workmanship by the electrical contractor, framers and finish carpenters
Cons: Horrible plumber. Horrible customer service. Does not stand by warranty.
