Review content:
This place is NOTHING as good as St. Pete where it was ""born"" then bought by the Tampa-based Outback organization whihc runs a pretty tight ship. The quality of fish supplied by their jobber is INFERIOR to say the least. The service can't comprehend the ""team concept"" of service and table coverage, because Memphis labour pool is basically behind the curve compared to other markets. Too bad this BoneFish is doomed to become another wannabee chain in Memphis...missed opportunity. They need to stop hiring ex-managers, they don't get the Outback management style. They will sully BoneFish's good name in Memphis, no doubt. Fish is not up to Outback Tampa or BoneFish St Pete's standards. Why not open another Mexican theme place...lol Pros: great history, Outback owned Cons: , BAD location, behind a Chili's !!
