They are thieves. The owner determines the price based on how he is feeling that day, That is why they have to call with each quote to see if the boss would like to increase it for the day. We apparently just needed caulking and the repair man showed up without any caulk. The boss when we called about having to pay over 120 dollars for a 20 minute visit to be told we needed caulk and they don't have any decided to yell at me for being a nurse and said if I want to complain about the price I shouldn't be in a career field that left him with a large medical bill due to him being sick once. Note: I work in the NICU at that time and have nothing to do with his medical care and do not by any means make bank from his medical bills. They were very inappropriate and pricing should not be based on his mood or your career. Look at their BBB and see the 20 complaints filed.
