Not very happy. Pretty bad second experience. First session, told to wait in a room and wait for an instructor, second time showed-up early and waited patiently in the same room. Our time was ticking away (losing our 30 minuten swim time). I walked to the front to see what was going on and the man was on the phone. Went back to the kids and waited, to the front again and man still on the phone. Lost about 10 minutes of our swim time and no one helped us! Pretty aggravating :o(. After our four sessions are up, I'm not taking my two kids back and not recommending this swim school to anyone!
