Review content:
I signed up for once a week cleaning and was to get the 5th free. The owner seemed very nice & accomodating on the phone, so she made me feel comfortable signing up for the long haul. By the fourth cleaning, the ever changing and untimely crew had broken an antique music box (which they offered to pay repair), deeply scratched my bathroom cabinet doors, had to be called back to redo granite tops (yuk! they were dull & gritty & hopefully not permanetly damaged), stainless steel appliances were streaked, rather than shiny, garbage was not emptied in bathroom, shower was not cleaned thoroughly in master...I can go on and on!!! Needless to say, I cancelled before getting my free cleaning!! God knows they probably clean the toilets with the same rags as the counters!!!! NO WAY WILL I EVER USE THEM OR RECOMMEND THEM!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!
Pros: They offer re-dos if not satisfied
Cons: Differnt crew every time
