I bought an extra-tall baby gate from them, but it was such poor quality my dog was able to open the latch as well as push it out of the wall. After about 25 days of my dog discovering all of its faults I tried to return it. The owner stated that they can not accept it without the box, even though I had my receipt. I said ""well who keeps a box for 30 days?"" and she then changed her story to tell me ""Well our return policy is 7 days."" That is a terrible return policy. And for large objects like an extra-tall baby gate, it is ridiculous to request the box back. I had all the pieces and my receipt. They might have made money on this 1 baby gate, but they lost my business there forever.
Pros: my trainer makes me buy stuff frm there
