Penny the manager worked with their distrubutor to get me a chiller when the one for my reef tank went out. I was not over charged and got a good deal especially since this was an emergency. None of the pet/fish stores carry this item in stock because it isn't sold that often. She was able to get it to me within two days. Also, if you want to talk to someone in the fish department who has an in depth knowledge of saltwater fish, I would recommend Dennis. He is the manager back there. I have been dealing with him for about 5 years.
