I am having a terrible experience with these centers and this mainly inregard to the membership. I mean there as if am bounded to these centers. Due to some personal issues i had to move my residence. hence i requested to cancel the membership. Instead they advise me to use the supercenters and mailed me a copy of the directions from my current residence. I mean this is ridiculous. There is no choice for the customers. Why cant they just cancel the membership when am not interested due to some issues. also customer service is pathetic. they never respond and they dont know answers for the questions WHY, HOW??? I wouldnt suggest for anyone who is not sure of their residence to sign a contract with them. If u have then it would be difficult to get rid of them if u wanted to later. And am trying to cancel this membership from past 3 months!! no proper response from them!!!!
