Showed up as scheduled. Prompt in returning phone calls. ""Perry"" seemed friendly, professional and focused. Knowledgeable about his work, and specializes in his field. Cleaned dust and debris thoroughly. Did the job well, and explained what he found and fixed. Will use his services again. We live in Maltby area, and more than several of us use his services here, and recommend him as well.
