This place is beautiful, comfortable and they have amazing food.The downside is the people that work there. They disappear when you need something, display very little warmth or caring and don't take responsibility for hazards when they should. They almost act like those who stay there -- their guests -- are the enemy. I would look elsewhere for a retreat center if possible. Customer service and caring cannot be underestimated when you are planning a getaway such as would be hosted here.
Pros: Nice setting, beautiful environment, comfortable, good food
Cons: Bark at guests, disappear when needed, no customer service at all
