Review content:
My husband and I visited on vacation in July 2003. We wanted a hauntingly romantic place to stay and found it. A beautiful Victorian home once owned by a beer baron and family. Though struck by tragedy this family is still in good spirits.
We heard strange noises and saw things that were not there. Or were they. We took photos around the house and when they came back there was the shadow of a woman in the tub-from our suite, an odd misty shape in the gazebo, and a face in a hall light. Voices screaming, doors being kicked, things being knocked over.
It made my husband a believer. We told everyone about our experience and showed the photos.
We enjoyed it so much we are going back Nov 2003. And we are taking 7 friends with us. We hope they enjoy it as much as we did.
Pros: lots of privacy, beautiful home, wonderful people
Cons: no air upstairs
