Horrible limo company!!!!! DO NOT USE. Was forced to pay upfront cash. Limo guy took us to our destination, then left after we got to the restaurant!!! When we tried to call him so we could go somewhere else he said he was gone!!! So we had to wait!! Driver kept complaining about underage drinking when none of that was going on and there was no alcohol even in the limo!!! Almost every person was of age and it wasn't a crazy night, just a few hours for dinner. Driver sounded all sleazy and had the worst smokers voice ever. Michael the ""manager"" is completely rude & has no customer service skills whatsoever. Got so upset when we called to inform him of what this driver did. He yelled at us telling us we were wrong and hung up on us. So UNPROFESSIONAL. He apparently cannot handle hearing the truth about the people who work for him. DO NOT USE!! Totally rips you off & has the absolute worst customer service EVER.
