Review content:
Ok, this is a car dealership. They're out to make money, my money. Well the last time I took my Ford Explorer in to get it serviced I was pleasantly surprised at the good, friendly service I recieved. They weren't pushy when I said no to the extras. I also had them to look at my truck and tell me how much they would offer to buy it. When I told the used car sales manager what I was hoping for, he showed me what he could give me (significantly less of course) and proceeded to give me advice about how I could sell it myself and get what I wanted. What a great surprise. No "There's no way you're going to get that much, people aren't buying those, blah blah, just sell it to me and put yourself out of your misery" pressure. Just a very friendly, encouraging interaction with some really nice people. I know Brownsburg is growing like crabgrass, but we still have a small town feel!
