Businiess name:  Diego Hair Salon

Review content:
For the past two years, I've happily had my hair cut and colored and Diego in Harvard Square. My stylist recently left and I tried a new person. I went for a TRIM and stressed I did NOT want any layers cut. The stylist praised my hair as very healthy and proceeded to cut 4 inches off AND put layers in. I asked her what she was doing, she said I'd like it. I did NOT. I left, seething and beyond disappointment. I returned the next day as my coworkers suggested perhaps someone else could fix her mistakes. When asked why she didn't listen, she replied she was an artist, in charge of my hair, and I didn't let her cut enough. I would not recommend ANYONE who liked their hair to go there. Pros: inexpensive Cons: rude, crowded, late
