My experience was just ok! My father passed away, and we too were rushed through the process. He was being viewed then cremated, however the funeral planner tried selling me a higher casket with a special seal. I asked why would we need that if he were being cremated? I requested a cheaper cremation casket, but was told that I could not get one because that would take me out of their per package prices.
Pros: Our family likes Swanson's better than others in the Metro area
Cons: Little cold and insensitive
