Review content:
I consider Al Schaeffer?s yearly tune-up service to be like the visit of fond member of the family. For nearly 34 years, he has conscientiously, accurately, efficiently and inexpensively tuned and made necessary repairs for two baby grands. My grown children tell me they still miss Al?s visits and particularly his ability to recreate the voices of a broad range of Disney?s cartoon characters. While that talent might not relate to his piano tuning skills, it does help explain the sense of care he provides his customers.
