Beware of well groomed!!!!! Our dog Toby went there June 2010, for a bath. He was dying and did not make it to the vet when we picked him up. Our vet said he died of heatstroke. Either they put him outside and forgot him, or put him in a cage with a dryer and forgot him, either way, he had no pre=existing condition that would cause what happened. It was heatstroke. He suffered horribly before he died. Kelly told us to get out of her shop that it was Toby's fault and out fault for bringing him there. We filed complaints about her business, as evidently her workers either don't care about the client's pets, or have no knowledge how to care for them. Don't just smirk and deny to someone ,whose beloved pet your staff killed . Take responability for your inept staff you left in charge while you were dog showing. Her daycare was shut down this month, and hopefully she will not be able to renew her license for next year. Toby's death was emailed to thousands of people and we had so many kind people that were shocked about his death and how callour Kelly was. I know many people wrote and called her. It not over yet!!! Beware of Well Groomed!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Our Toby would be alive today if we had not taken him there for a bath.
