Review content:
I've been going to Sally's for a few years while I've been at UW, and she's raised her mani/pedi prices a bit to $30...which I guess is reasonable when compared to the other places on the Ave. It's convenient for students, so it can get pretty busy...try to call and make an apt ahead of time. The owner is the only one who does all the waxing and has very reasonable prices. She has a student rate for bikini and brazillians....for $25....and is very fast. She's also done a decent job on my eyebrows...$8. I just like this place more than some other places I've tried around the U because the owner is friendly and speaks better English than most of the Asian manicurists. There is a guy working there sometimes...and if you can, try to get him because he does a very thorough job . Pros: $25 brazillians/bikinis for students, reasonable prices Cons: can get busy, looks sketchy, not open late
