Review content:
We have been Frymire customers for many years. We purchased our 2 Trane HVAC systems from Frymire in 2005 & have a service contract. Until now, we only needed our 2x a year maintenance visits but one of our units went out last night about 8PM. When we called we were told that since we had a contract someone would be out today versus later in the week. We thought we'd be waiting all day but Kenneth R came about this morning & replaced the capacitator. Kenneth has been to our home before & is an excellent technician. We have had triple-digit temps in Dallas & it was pretty hot on that side of the house all night (we slept on the couch in our den as our bedroom felt like a sauna) & is now cooling down. Thank you Kenneth & Frymire for super-serving your contract customers, the fast turnaround time, the quick diagnosis & the smooth repair. I am a realtor & have always recommended Frymire to my clients and friends & will continue to do so. We appreciate you!
