I was so mad when your guy got here! Had a Berkey guy come out,to work on old unit because I had a $100 a year contract, tell me that there was nothing he could do, bad mouthed you guys when he saw the new unit you put in this year. Left. Temp went up in house every day after he left until I called you all. Toby(?) came put in a condenser after telling us the options. We knew that we were gambling, but at least he gave us an option. We can replace in jan2012 and you, Frymire's ,will be doing the replacement.
