I live here (yeah, still) for 4 years now and I regret so much the old management (Mc Kinley`s). I didn`t move out yet because the view (of the Lake Ford) is like heaven! Almost every evening I take pictures with the sun comming down... Anyway, the place is beautiful but maintained poorly (I mean ""THEY DON`T CARE ABOUT THE PLACE""!!!). Littering is now a law here and the dog p..p is EVERYWHERE (if you don`t belive me, try to walk around)! My appartment has been flooded twice already and they didn`t, at least, say ""we are sorry that your things got wet"". Even more, the people from the management didn`t even knew about the flooding!!!! (3 days later my neighbour`s app. got flooded too and then they found out about my app.). The water has been stopped so many times that I tend to belive that this complex has been moved (in secrecy) in a comunist country :). Oh, and something else, they increase security at the Gate House, to stop ""the crime and theft"" ,but what they don`t want to acknowledge is that the ""crime and theft"" is already inside, because they rented the appartments to ""it"". What I generally see is that they don`t care to keep the people living here (they don`t know how to make them feel like home, there`s no comunication between management and tenants). Any complains you have, in writing or verbal, equals no answer.
