This restaurant was recommended by several friends and we found very favorable reviews via the internet. GW Fins lived up to every expectation. Ambiance was lively and ecclectic. The service was outstanding! There were several people waiting on us (head waiters, food servers, etc.) but they were not intrustive what-so-ever. The waiter was well versed on the menu and had many suggestions. I did find the wines by the glass a bit pricy, but then again, you're in New Orleans. I had the wood smoked scallops and they were to die for. If you're looking for a GREAT place to spend your time and your money, GW Fins is one of the best New Orleans has to offer. Make sure you have reservations. Ask for a seat by the window!!! This place a MUST!!!
